A walkthrough is a real session on a real system with your room types and rate structure loaded. If it doesn't fit how your property works, we would both rather find out in the first hour.

  1. We write back within a working day and agree an hour that suits the desk.
  2. You send your room types and rates. We load them, and send the data-processing agreement, before we meet.
  3. One hour, on a call or at your hotel. Bring whoever runs the desk and housekeeping.

Staldern keeps them in a database hosted by Cloudflare and sends them to us through Telegram, so a request is seen at once. If we don't go on to work together, we delete them after twelve months. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to [email protected].
